DecoR Pebble^TM are a combination of decorative imported river pebbles and gravels that have totally revolutionized the concepts of landscape development and interior decoration. They are product of our natural environment that speaks the language of unrefined beauty.

Their use is only limited to one's imagination from an informal garden walk or pathway, a tranquil water feature or a courtyard garden.

In creative hands Decor Pebble^TM aesthetic magic provides exemplary integration of both indoor and outdoor design. Until now this enchantment and elegance has been limited by the cost and small selection of colours and sizes available.

First established in Burwood in 1975, the company now offers the largest range of imported decorative pebbles at the most competitive prices in Australia. The company currently supplies 150+ different colours and sizes varying from 1mm up to 200mm in polished, natural and manufactured finishes.

How many 20kg bags will I need to buy to cover the area?

The following formula will assist you in determining how many 20kg bags should be purchased to cover a specific area. Please note that the formula is only a guide and that DécoR Stone takes no responsibility for miscalculations based on the formula.

All measurements are at one layer deep. For complete coverage 3 layers are required.

Please note that the depth of an individual layer is the same as the size of the chosen pebble. If you choose a 5mm pebble, one layer therefore is 5mm deep.

FORMULA:

:: (square metres x amount of layers x kg coverage) ÷ 20 = number of bags

Imported enviroSelect range

Our 'enviro' range of manufactured pebbles are made by using excess stone from other products. This stone would normally be wasted, but instead we have been able to turn it into a useful products that has a lower environmental impact that the more common river pebbles.

The DecoR Pebble^TMrange of manufactured pebbles are sourced from re-used granite, jade and marble by-products from the quarrying of larger slabs of these natural stone materials. With the colourful rainbow of natural stone available in these materials a source is created for the extensive, vibrant range of enviroSelect decorative pebbles- in your choice and size.

By specifying and using enviroSelect pebbles in your landscaping projects you will be making your contribution to our environment. Until now the majority of imported decorative pebbles have been sourced from island beaches and river systems. Whilst the demand for these water worn stones will continue to be present, the enviroSelect range provides landscapers with a sustainable alternative, utilizing what otherwise would be a waste by-product.
